Located in New Brunswick, NJ, this 23-story residential tower sits above a 5-story podium and includes two theaters with seating for 453 and 252 guests, rehearsal studios, and office space. The development blends arts, culture, and modern living in one vibrant community space.

THE JOURNAL
Located in the Journal Square area of Jersey City, NJ, we provided engineering services for the MEP infrastructure design for this mixed-use facility comprised of (2) 52 Story residential towers over a 12 Story mixed use podium. The project included extensive residential amenity spaces and a large retail tenant on the 1st Floor.
