    Located in the Journal Square area of Jersey City, NJ, we provided engineering services for the MEP infrastructure design for this mixed-use facility comprised of (2) 52 Story residential towers over a 12 Story mixed use podium. The project included extensive residential amenity spaces and a large retail tenant on the 1st Floor.

    15 WASHINGTON STREET

    Located in Newark, NJ, this Rutgers University project includes a 22-story dormitory and a 7-story annex. A Building Conditions Assessment and Feasibility Study supported the adaptive reuse of a historic structure. Engineering services included HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems for student housing, classrooms, and administrative spaces.

    Located in West Orange, NJ, this project involved the construction of a new halfway house, renovation of the existing Pro Shop and bag storage area, and the addition of a training space featuring a new golf simulator.     MORRIS COUNTY GOLF CLUB HALFWAY HOUSE

It also involved the renovation of the existing maintenance building, supporting both operational efficiency and site sustainability.
