STEVEN LUMMER
Managing Partner/Chief Mechanical

Mr. Lummer’s responsibilities have been the head designer of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems and plumbing and fire protection systems for institutional buildings, commercial office buildings, high rise residential buildings, hotels and computer rooms.  Has performed energy audits, technical assistance and analysis of system start-ups, and solar energy system design.

Over the years, he worked for Vincent J. Barone PE, PA before Barone Engineering Associates and provided mechanical design and project engineering for a multitude of projects. Has coordinated all phases of mechanical design, specifications, contract and equipment procurement, and project close-outs. Has developed mechanical design standards, details, and specifications.

He has been a partner since 2000 and oversees the everyday company functions. 

Mr. Lummer is a Member of American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE). Life Member of the American Society of Heating Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), North Jersey Chapter and National Member. National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), International Code Council (ICC).
