ERIC J. KRAPOHL, P.E., LEED AP
Partner/Mechanical Engineer

Mr. Krapohl has successfully completed the mechanical design and construction projects for several commercial, pharmaceutical, and industrial projects. Responsibilities have included all phases of mechanical design, specifications, contract and equipment procurement, and construction management.

Responsibilities also include coordinating all design with our clients and other consultants and engineers involved in a project. Technical experience has also included the development of mechanical design standards, details, and specifications.

Project experience has included the design of the mechanical systems for Washington National Airport, in Washington, DC, which included the design of 23 mechanical equipment rooms as well as overseeing the entire HVAC design for the new terminal as well as coordinating the mechanical systems with all other building systems, such as structural, electrical, fire protection and baggage conveying systems. In addition, Mr. Krapohl has overseen the HVAC designs for various mixed-use high-rise buildings throughout New Jersey, as well as several county club facilities. Mr. Krapohl has been responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of mechanical construction projects for various pharmaceutical and commercial companies as well. In 2015 Mr. Krapohl was promoted to partner of the firm.

Mr. Krapohl holds professional engineering licenses in the states of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. He is a LEED accredited professional. In addition, Mr. Krapohl is a Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers.
